Pros:This is a very comfortable hotel that caters to their guests every need.
Cons:There was not an elevator from the parking garage to the lobby. It was easy, however, to bring the car up and load from the lobby level.

Pros:Top quality hotel 5 to 10 minutes walking distance to train station and all the typical English high street shopping. Bed and pillows were perfect and I’m picky. I plan to stay here again anytime I need a night stay near Gatwick. Crawley itself is a convenient area for eating and last minute shopping. I walked about 20 minutes through a nice, green residential area to Three Bridges for a few pints at a local pub and a superb curry house.

Pros:We were there over the Christmas I have to say I have stayed at a lot of hotels but the arora was excellent the staff are so helpful the hotel is way beyond excellent it's location is near all the shops and restaurants I will definitely stay again I will also recommend it to all my family and friends

Cons:Discovering parking would be £10 for the night. However it was waived in the morning.

Pros:Generally good,but WiFi sign in system a hassle and card swipe door keys real pain rarely if ever worked first time and usually took 3-4 tries at least.
