Pros:Generally clean Staff, with the exception of one front desk clerk, were very nice. Onsite restaurant, but I did not try it. Water bottle daily Hot water worked. A/c was cold Location in town. Grocery store next door
Cons:Wifi is even worse than many reviews state. Phone reception is terrible also, so can't rely on it either. Chain lock on door was gone, only a cheap push button door knob lock, easily bypassed. Design is noisy due to central 'plaza' which amplifies noise, people walking, wind, etc. Bus stop AT the front door. Bus noise all day and night. Plaza is a walkway from front to back street parking lot, noise front and rear. Foot traffic noise amplified due to design. Beds are so hard I thought I was sleeping on box spring. I typically like a firm mattress but this was brutal. Deposit for the TV and a/c controls Price, even with discount, is not worth the stay when better options exist. This could easily be a value option if they corrected known issues like commercial wifi, sound curtains on walkway, attention to door locks, better trained staff.
