Great customer service and ease of finding car after payment. Con’s included non-sanitize pads available in the car, car still had oily parts from previous renters and I was charged for fuel service even after declining service and refining car at full.Reviewed 11 Dec 2023

The dropoff in Brownsville was pitiful. The airport return lot wasn't properly marked. There is nobody there to explain how to check in. I ultimately went into the airport and found someone to confim dropoff.Reviewed 4 Oct 2023

Pros:Dekisha was fast, friendly, polite, and went above and beyond working extra. Our flight was delayed. We didn't get to the rental til 12:30am and she helped get us our reservation. People was still in line and more coming after us. Dekisha is very wonderful and much appreciated she deserves the world.Cons:There is not many people that are truly genuine and Dekisha made everything great!Reviewed 21 May 2021
