The room looked like it was built in the 80s and not updated since, particularly the bathroom. The bathroom door, when open blocks the exit door to the room as well as the closet. There was no “do not disturb” sign in the room and although I asked for one at the front desk and they told me they’d send one up, they never did and the maid serviced the room, which I didn’t want. The HVAC was very loud. Annoyingly had to pay the hotel for parking. Otherwise was fine.

Pros:Nice clean hotel great for a gameday stay. Walking distancee to great food and bars.
Cons:Be sure to keep in mind $30 a day for parking.

Cons:We specifically requested a high floor with a view and were placed on the second floor overlooking the AC units. The hotel was loud at all hours of the night. The bed was uncomfortable despite being "adjustable", which didn't change anything. Also we woke up to charges on our credit card for parking at $10 a night that was not disclosed to us upon reservation nor check in.

Pros:Staff was very friendly and informative. Room service was fast and tasty. Location is great and super convenient to downtown / college campus area.
Cons:Bed pillows were not comfortable and sheets did not have the crisp made bed with perfect edges appearance. Not the most comfortable bed either.
