Good flight. Easy to board except for other pax that think they own the aeroplane.
We tried to eat something and there were sold out. It is a long flight in dinner time and we could not eat (while in their advertisement they claim to have many things). A shame.
The worst flight we ever had..I ve been attack by another passenger who just throw à bag to me for no reason ...I ask the fligjt attendant to do something...she havent ..she was as rude as the passenger and told me if im not happy à The door is still open I can get out of the plane...it was one of the first time also I 've pay à big extra to have confort sent...and its been hell... I think it was like an extra about 56 euros total ... I regret that I paid for this extra....and for what I get..I deserve respect ....
Cons: "Ticket was booked as Czech Airlines operated by Smartwing. Kayak directed me to checking in on Czech Airlines but did not work, spent nearly 2 hours to figure out I need to check in on Smartwing .com, but luggage fee needs to be paid to Czech Airlines, and seat selection fee paid to Smartwing."
Cons: "Everything. The initial flights was significantly delayed without anyone updating the passengers at the gate. The crew was rude when asked questions about connecting flights. And they lost our baggage."

Pros: "Nothing to really like when the flight takes off 45 minutes later... without a solid reason why. They only apologized after we landed.. as if it was nothing."
Cons: "Required to check a bag for $80, flight was delayed, almost missed connection, bags did not make the connection and flew the next day, spent at least the first day of trips waiting for bags to arrive, still haven't. Spent a lot of waiting on busses to get to the terminals with very rude personnel."
