The location was great being so close to downtown. However, we booked this hotel because we have 3 children, all under 6yrs old and we wanted to ensure we had an easy option for breakfast over the course of the trip. Every morning the staff ran out of breakfast which means we also had to spend money on additional meals. There were no towels at the pool - they had to be requested. We were told that housekeeping would come every other day and they came only once - that also had to be requested. The main parking lot was always full, and we had to use the overflow. The only highlight is that there was a bar for adults that was open until 10pm.
Pros. this hotel had an air of comfort, cleanliness, and fun! We absolutely loved it . Location was the best ever!
