Cons:

I didn't get the type of car I paid for. They gave me a compact car when I paid for a mid-size SUV, and they lied to me saying that the one I got was a mid-size SUV

Cons:

Listening to your customers when they multiple times decline a particular coverage and make you feel uncomfortable by persisting. I understand it’s their job but I declined it 3 times and he kept saying “in case you get into an accident” is that implying something cause I’m female? Don’t understand why I was made to fee pressured. His name is Luke

Cons:

I have forgotten my notebook in the rental car. Within1 hour of return I went back to rental location and car was rented back. The lady at the counter noted down car, descritipn and my phone number. It has been more than 10 days no one called back. I tried to call back but no response. There is no lost/found mechanism. Even though there is no monetary value to anyone of my notebook; it was important to me. Rental car company needs to have better mechanism

Pros:

Staff were friendly, efficient, and helpful.

Cons:

After we got on the road I realized that the tires were extremely worn. We were hydroplaning on the rainy freeway and it was quite scary. The car smelled like cigarettes and there was trash from the previous user in the center console.

Cons:

When I was picking up the car they tried to up sell me 3 times. Then they offered me a soccer mom minivan and wanted to charge me $70 more. I finally just had to say I want to car I had rented to I could get out of there.

My reservation was for 10 am but car wasn’t ready for 2 hours. Then you all forgot to change the reservation since I couldn’t pick up at original time and charged me for an extra day. Very disappointed

Cons:

They made money off my error. I missed the pickup and drop off location in Seattle on third. And thought it was at SEATAC rental car facility. I immediately tried to call and change it. But I had to pay for 3 days rental. I cannot recommend them or KAYAK.

Pros:

Van ran well.

Cons:

Not the car I reserved. Not clean with 3 used water bottles, dirty cup holders and a miscellaneous chalky type ball that was left in the car. There is no one at the entrance to take the return. Upon entering the pick up area to inform them that no one was at the return, they told me to go back to the return where there was someone cooking his drugs on his tin foil and subsequently shooting up in broad daylight at the entrance to the returns.

Picking up and dropping off was incredibly easy. Everyone we interacted with was helpful and professional as well. The only issue we ran into was the Carplay in our car kept going in and out all week while we had our rental, which was pretty frustrating.

The dropoff was painless. The pickup office was a zoo… I felt sorry for the one guy waiting on a horde of people, complaining, etc. Took way to long to get outta there. Other than that, car was cool, etc. Thx!

It seems all businesses blame mediocre service on Covid when in reality they have grossly cut down on employees and its services. Ads generally offer more than they can deliver, especially when it comes to really clean from last customer to the next. This was true for our vacation experience with almost all hotels and car rentals. We rented in from Avis in downtown Seattle and wanted to return at the airport. This was impossible on-line without doubling the rental fee. However, Avis in Seattle was able to do it for an additional fee of about $200 plus $75.00 fee for the agency to return it to Seattle (about 25 minute run). Considering our time restraint and the cost of an uber it was a "deal". We had to wait almost an hour at time of rental. The car was quickly washed but I doubt any cleaning (except possibly vacuuming) was done, so bring lots of wipes. The Avis agent was very nice and did her best with so many customers in line. Upon return at airport, Avis garage agent would not give us a receipt and when I inquired about the total cost it was $400 higher than our rental contract! Had to go to Avis airport rental office stand in line and then haggle with agent who finally agreed to honor the original contract and I got a receipt. Luckily we were not in a hurry to catch a plane.
