I had a reservations and was told by Juan that the inventory is not updated on the website and they had no cars available. He lacked customer interpersonal skills and was not very welcoming to myself or other customers. Perhaps training is needed considering working with the public. Customer service goes a long way. As a result, I rented with Alamo.Reviewed 18 Aug 2024
